锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端骨折临床分析

摘要：

目的探讨锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端骨折的临床价值。方法自2006年7月～2009年3月，采用锁定加压钢板治疗股骨远端骨折38例。根据AO分型，A型8例，B2型6例，C1型10例，C2型8例，C3型6例。根据术后膝关节功能恢复情况评价内固定效果。结果 38例均获得随访，随访时问6个月～24个月，根据Merchan评分标准，优30例，良6例，可2例，优良率为97．4％。结论锁定加压钢板是治疗股骨远端骨折的理想选择。

Objective To discuss the clinical value of the treatment of the distal femur fractures using locking compression plate. Methods From July 2006 to March 2009. A total of 38 distal femur Fractures were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with locking compression plate. There were 8 cases of type-A ,6 type-B, 10 type-C1, 8 type-C2 and 6 type-C3 according to the AO/ASIF standard. The outcomes were evaluated according to postoperative functions of the knee. Results 38 patients were followed-up from 6 months to 24 months. The results were excellent in 30 cases, good in 6 according to Merchan standard. the knee joint function scores showed out that the excellent and good rate was 97.4％. Conclusion Locking compression plate is an ideal choice for the dista1 femur fractures.
