【Abstract】Object To expand the scant knowledge about MPP with IKD and to heighten awareness and cognition of this disease. Method Analysis the information of tow cases of MPP complicated with IKD and literature review was conducted. Results Clinic manifestation and laboratory examination of MPP and IKD are similar, they all can have long feverish, more rash and increased CRP and ESR. Conclusion Although the MPP with IKD is rare，it should be given sufficient attemion when 2 or 3 manifestations of KD were showed in MPP patients, and UCG and other related laboratory examinations should be taken to reduce missed diagnosis.
