Abstract: Objective: Using UV method identified the main constituents of Wuteng Analgesic Capsule and study its stability. Methods: Sinomenium Acutum、Angelica and Coclonopsis Pilosula in Wuteng Analgesic Capsule were indtified by TLC; The internal controled targets of 3 batches samples were determined by using constant temperature and humidity accelerated testing as well as the long- term sample observation tests to investigate its stability. Results: The characteristic identification by TLC was distinct and specific; the three batches of Wuteng Analgesic Capsule are in line with the provisions of the capsule,and its period is for 1 years .Conclusion: The method is reliable , specific and Wuteng Analgesic Capsule has good stability.
