Objectives to search a method of improving the treatment effect of axillary osmidrosis by appling the endoscope to the small incision operation of axillary osmidrosis.Methods we have carried out the operation of small incision method on 80 cases of axillary osmidrosis, during which the endoscope was inserted into the small incision to observe the depth of pruned skin.meanwhile,the tissue pruned off was analysed by pathology.Results 50 cases have been healed,while 30 cases have got effective treatment.6-12 months’ follow-up showed good satisfaction of the effect with no recurrence.the pathology showed that the tissue pruned off in the operantion contained a plenty of gland but little after the dermis was exposed.Conclusions by applying endoscope to the treatment of axillary osmidrosis we can control the degree of pruning so as to make sure the treatment effect..
