手足口病患儿早期血清心肌酶检测的临床意义

摘要：目的探讨早期血清心肌酶水平的变化对手足口病(HFMD)患儿心肌损害的诊断价值及临床意义。方法采用全自动生化分析仪检测692例HFMD患儿 (病例组)血清a -羟丁酸脱氢酶(a-HBDH)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶MB(CK-MB)的活性；并与136例非感染性疾病患儿(对照组)检测结果进行对照分析。结果病例组CK、CK—MB的活性均高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论早期检测血清心肌酶水平可以较好判断HFMD患儿的心肌损害程度，并为临床治疗提供依据

ABSTRACT：Objective :To explore the diagnosis value and the clinical significance of early serum myocardial enzyme to myocardial damage in children’S patients with hand—foot—mouth disease(HFMD)．Methods:Serum myocardial enzyme，activity a—hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(a-HBDH)，creatine kinase(CK)，creatine phosphokinase-MB(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were detected by full-automatic biochemical analyzer by automatic electrochemiluminescence analyzer free in 692 cases with HFMD(case group)．136 in children’S patients with not infections(control group)were detected in the same period．The data of two groups were analysed with statistics．Results:The activityof a-HBDH， CK ，CK-MB and LDH in the case group were all higher than that in the control group(all P
