ABSTRACT:Objective :To explore the diagnosis value and the clinical significance of early serum myocardial enzyme to myocardial damage in children’S patients with hand—foot—mouth disease(HFMD).Methods:Serum myocardial enzyme, activity a—hydroxybutyric dehydrogenase(a-HBDH),creatine kinase(CK),creatine phosphokinase-MB(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)were detected by full-automatic biochemical analyzer by automatic electrochemiluminescence analyzer free in 692 cases with HFMD(case group).136 in children’S patients with not infections(control group)were detected in the same period. The data of two groups were analysed with statistics. Results:The activityof a-HBDH, CK ,CK-MB and LDH in the case group were all higher than that in the control group(all P |
