Objective: To discuss blocking effect about different blocking measures on HIV positive maternal neonatal. Methods: according to setting blocking technology route ,we implemented blocking measures on HIV positive maternal. According to pregnant woman time,we implemented different blocking measures,and compared with negative rate of newborn complete block, incomplete block and no preventive measures Results : Annual consultation rate rised year by year between 2005 and 2010, positive rate was 0.3%~0.5%.There were 114 cases of positive pregnant women in whicn 87 cases (76.3%) chose to continue pregnancy. There were 51 cases of neonatal who chose complete block measures and whose negative rate was 98.0%. There were 29 cases of neonatal who chose incomplete block measures and whose negative rate was 72.4%. There were 7 cases of neonatal who chose no preventive measures and whose negative rate was 0.Conclusion :according to pregnancy time,implementing complete block measures can effectively reduce mother-to-child transmission rate , improve neonatal survival quality,it has important significance on HIV / AIDS transmission in infants and children crowd.
