Objective: To observe the clinical effect of the Combination of KetorolacTromethamine and Phloroglucinol in the Acute Spasmodic Abdominal Pain. Methods: 200 patients who had acute spasic abdominal pain were divided randomly into four groups, scoring the degree of pain before and after the treatment, recording the earliest time of pain relief and the pain relief rate in 30minutes, observing the incidence of the adverse reaction such as the red face, dry mouth, palpitation, blurred vision, nausea etal. Results: The time of pain relief in Group D was the earliest. The pain relief rate in 30minutes was the highest. Group A、B、C were statistically significant with Group D. Group A had the minimum incidence of the adverse reaction, Group B had the maximum incidence of the adverse reaction, Group C、 D were statistically significant with Group B. Conclusion: When the treatment of phloroglucinol alone in the patients of acute spasmodic abdominal pain was not effective, the combination of ketorolac tromethamine and phloroglucinol in the acute spasmodic abdominal pain was the best . |
