酪酸梭菌早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效分析

摘要:

目的 探讨酪酸梭菌对早产儿喂养不耐受的发病率及早期营养状况的影响。方法 选择我院2012年1月-2012年12 月住院早产儿54例,随机分为研究组26例和对照组28例。研究组在早产儿常规治疗的基础上加用酪酸梭菌。比较两组早产儿喂养不耐受的发病率及营养指标。结果 早产儿喂养不耐受发病率治疗组为19.2%(5/26),对照组为46.4%(13/28),差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组体重开始增长日龄、恢复出生体重日龄、开奶日龄、经胃肠热卡达80Kcal/kg•d日龄、达全胃肠道喂养日龄、黄疸持续时间及住院天数差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 酪酸梭菌能降低早产儿喂养不耐受的发生率,改善早产儿的营养状况,值得在基层医院推广。

Objective The study the effects of Clostridium ButyricumCGMCC0313.1 on the incidence and early nutrition condition of preterm infants feeding intolerance. Methods 54 premature infant in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2012 were randomly divided into study group(n=26) and control group(n=28).On the basis of positive treatment, the study group was given the Clostridium ButyricumCGMCC0313.1 meanwhile. To compare the incidence and nutrition index of preterm infants feeding intolerance of each group. Results The incidence of preterm infants feeding intolerance in study group was lower in study group than that in control group (19.2vs46.4)(P<0.05).There were significant difference in the time to increase weight, to regain birth weight, to start feeding、the time that daily calorie intakes reached 80Kcal/kg、the time to reach full enteral nutrition、persistence time of jaundice and the hospitalized days in study and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion ButyricumCGMCC0313.1 can decrease the incidence of preterm infants feeding intolerance, improve the nutrition condition of preterm infants. it was secure and effective, so is deserved to be introduced in basic hospital.
