Objective: To observe the impact to newborns when butorphanol treatment to maternal patients for shivering in cesarean section. Methods: A total of 60 maternal patients chilling in cesarean section, divided into two groups with random number method, 30 patients each group. Then do a double-blind trial, before the baby is delivered intravenously: Group A use butorphanol 0.5mg diluted to 5 ml, Group B use the same volumn normal saline. neonatal 1、5min Apgar scores and postpartum 2、12 hours neonatal neurological and adaptive capacity scores (NACS) were recorded , and do detection for umbilical arterial and venous blood analysis (pH, PCO2, PO2, HCO3-, BE).Results: No matter the comparison of two groups in 1、5 mins of Neonatal Apgar scores, or postpartum 2、12hours NACS and umbilical arterial and venous blood analysis (pH, PCO2, PO2, HCO3-, BE) has no statistically significant. Conclusion: butorphanol 0.5mg treatment for cesarean section chills has no significant inhibition to the newborns. |
