Abstract　[Objective] To explore the problems existed in the occupational-disease-prevention measures assessment reports of construction projects and solutions in order to improve the quality of evaluation works. [Methods] The problems existed in the occupational-disease-prevention measures assessment reports of construction projects were analysed and its solutions were proposed by literature consult combined, occupational health theory of foundations and practical experience. [Results] The main problems existed in the occupational- disease-prevention measures assessment reports of construction projects are unspecified analysis of production engineering, absence effective determination and evaluation of ventilation system, absence targeting analysis and assessment of health injury induced by occupational hazards in occupational health surveillance, and absence strict internal audit. [Conclusion] The measures solving above problems are to communicate adequately with engineer, to state detailedly the source of occupational hazards and worker’s exposure status, to find key control point of occupational hazards, to advance professional skills of appraiser, and strengthen internal audit.
