【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value and the clinical effect on setting up quality management circle activity groups in ICU. Methods Seventy-two brain stem hemorrhage patients who were treated in ICU in our hospital from July 2011 to September 2012were as the research objects, the reintubation rate, ventilator-associated pneumonia rate, invasive ventilation time, incidence of adverse events and the attitude and way’ satisfaction of nurses providing the nursing services for patients of two groups were compared. Results The reintubation rate(0.00%), invasive ventilation time was (8.15±3.16)day,incidence of adverse events was (16.67%) in the observation group,it was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), the attitude and way’ satisfaction of nurses providing the nursing services for patients was 100.00% in the observation group, it was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Setting up quality management circle activity groups in ICU not only can significantly reduced the reintubation rate of the brain stem hemorrhage patients, the incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia and the time of invasive ventilation, but also can improve the attitude and way’ satisfaction of nurses providing the nursing services for patients. |
