Objective:To study the effectiveness of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy on serum miR-200a in patients with ovarian cancer.Methods:82 patients with ovarian cancer after operation were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group(n=41 cases) and the control group(n=41 cases). The patients in the control group were treated through intravenous plus intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy, while the patients in the observation group were treated through intravenous plus intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy. They were all treated for three treatment.Serum miR-200a were detected. Results:The total efficient rates were 87.8% in the observation group and 73.2% in the control group. There was a significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Serum miR-200a in both groups were decreased after chemotherapy and it in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions: Hyperthermic perfusion chemotherapy can decrease miR-200a which can improve ovarian cancer. |
