Abstract: Objective: Observe the clinical surgical effect of masseter injection by Botulinum Toxin combined with mentum injection by hyaluronic acid in remodeling the lower 1/3 facial profile. Method: Botulinum toxin type A injection of bilateral masseter combined with hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose-hyaluronic acid injection of the mentum is applied in patients that accord with surgery indications. Result: 45 patients were included in this survey. Satisfactory results were received after 1-3 months follow-up. Conclusion: Application of botulinum toxin type A injection of messter combined with hyaluronic acid injection of the mentum is effective in remodeling the lower 1/3 facial profile, which is worthy of promoting with the merits of reversibility and minimal invasion.
