Objective: To investigate effect and nursing of preventing infection associated with Hemodialysis patients by antibiotics combined with heparin. Method: 42 chronic renal failure uremia patients who were treated with hemodialysis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, there were 21 cases in each group.observation group was sealed tube with antibiotics combined with heparin, control group were sealed tube with concentrated heparin solution, the dialysis catheter related infection (HCRI) incidence at post-treatment 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, thrombosis incidence, catheter duration of two group were compared with. Result: the HCRI incidence during ~ 24 months in observed group was significantly lower than that in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the catheter duration of control group was (221.1 ±is 67.4)days, observation group was (277.4 ± 79.5)days, The catheter duration of two groups was statistics significantly different (t= 2.484, P=0.01); observation group had one patient who had tinnitus during treatment process of 24 months, control Group had no adverse reaction. Conclusion: with strictly following principle of sterilization and aseptic operation, sealed tube by antibiotic combined with heparin is much better than simple use of heparin sealed method in preventing HCRI of Hemodialysis patients , it is an effective practical and safe method,it is worth of clinical promotion. |
