Objective　To observe the clinical efficacy of time nursing combined with healthy propaganda and eduation for elderly patients with diabetes.Methods 200 elder patients with diabetes mellitus divided into two groups randomly ,Patients in control group were given routine nursing . Patients in intervention group were given time nursing combined with healthy propaganda and eduation.The blood sugar and HbA 1c were measured before and after treatment.The efficacy were observed in two groups.Results The glucose tolerance and HbA 1c decreased significantly in both groups,especially in intervention group.Treatment qualification rates of the glucose tolerance was highly in intervention group ;The bad behaviour decreased significantly in both groups,especially in intervention group .Conclusion The clinical efficacy of time nursing combined with healthy propaganda and eduation is better than routine nursing for elderly patients with diabetes.
