[Abstract] Objective: To study clinical nursing pathway for drug resistant streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia children patients’ improvement of pulmonary function and influence analysis of nursing satisfaction. Methods: From August 2012 to May 2015 in our hospital of 120 cases of drug resistant streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia children patients as for study, according to randomly method 120 cases were divided into observation group (application of clinical nursing pathway) and control group (application of routine nursing), each had 60 cases. Compared the two groups of children patients’ nursing correlation index, the pulmonary function index before and after the nursing, and the satisfaction degree of the children's family to nursing work. Results: The observation group’s hospitalization time, body temperature recovery time, blood recovery time and lung breathing recovery time were significantly less than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05). The levels of MIF, 25/PF, MEF and tPTEF/tE in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction degree of the children in the observation group was 90.00%, significantly higher than that of the control group’s 63.33% (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Drug resistant streptococcus pneumoniae pneumonia children patients was given clinical nursing pathway, can better promote improvement of pulmonary function in children with and enhance of family members of patients for nursing job satisfaction, the effect is obvious, and it is worth popularizing. |
