Objective To analyze both distribution feature of Candida from urinary system and its resistance rate of conventional antifungal drugs, to provide guideline of rational antifungal drug administration. Methods Urine specimens were inoculated culture while both Candida species and drug sensitive results were reviewed and analyzed. Results Among all Candida species, c. albicans accounted for 36 strains(38.7%), c. tropicalis 18 strains(19.3%), c. glabrata 15 strains(16.1%), c. parapsilosis 12 strains(12.9%), c. kruser 6 strains(6.5%) and other Candida 6 strains(6.5%). Candida species isolated mainly from the older population aged over 50 years,;Female more than male(66.7% vs. 33.3%); clinical departments of Urinary Surgery(29.0%), ICU(23.6%) and Neurology(19.3%). Most Candida species were more sensitive to both flucytosine and amphotericin B than to other antifungal drugs, which the sensitive rates of c. albicans to amphotericin B, flucytosine, fluconazol, voriconazole and itraconazole were 97.2%, 91.7%、58.4%, 50.0% and 30.6%. Conclusions Main Candida species of urinary infection is c. albicans. Antifungal drugs are used by drug sensitive results, meanwhile, older or female patients should strengthen medical care. |
