复方磺胺甲恶唑联合常规雾化治疗支气管结核患者的疗效观察

摘要：

目的：探讨复方磺胺甲恶唑联合常规雾化治疗支气管结核的效果。方法：纳入我院2013 年3月至2015年9月入组患者90例，男性29例，女性61例菌阳气管支气管结核患者，依据随机、对照、双盲的原则分为治疗组和对照组，对照组 (常规雾化治疗组) 45例和治疗组 (常规雾化联合复方磺胺甲恶唑) 45例。对两组患者的治疗效果 (症状缓解、痰菌转阴、病变好转)以及治疗期间的安全性进行比较。结果：治疗组患者治疗后临床疗效优于对照组 (P<0.01)，效率差异具有统计学意义。结论：复方磺胺甲恶唑联合雾化治疗支气管结核痰涂(+)患者可明显改善临床症状，提高痰菌转阴率，治疗总有效率较高且临床治疗安全性可靠。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Compound Sulfamethoxazole (CoSMZ) combined atomization inhalation treatment of bronchial tuberculosis with smear positive. Methods: Ninety patients were recruited in this study from March 2013 to September 2015, including 29 male and 61 female．And 90 sputum-positive cases with bronchial tuberculosis randomized double-blind controlled into treatment Group (45 n) and control group (45 n). Given the same atomization inhalation, anti-TB treatment for both, but the treatment group was added CoSMZ treatment, the effect and the safety of the treatment were observed．Results The patients of treatment Group got satisfied improvement ratio of curative effect (P<0.01). Conclusions CoSMZ combined atomization inhalation treatment of bronchial tuberculosis with sputum-positive was easy to rapid control of symptoms, advanced the sputum negative conversional.
