无痛内镜检查中笑气与咪达唑仑复合哌替啶麻醉的应用效果分析

摘要：目的：分析无痛内镜检查中笑气与咪达唑仑复合哌替啶麻醉的应用效果。方法：选取2014年1月～2016年1月前往我院就诊的100例行无痛内镜检查的肠胃病患者作为研究对象，在征得所有患者知情同意下随机分为对照组（咪达唑仑复合哌替啶麻醉）及研究组（笑气与咪达唑仑复合哌替啶麻醉）各50例，比较两组患者临床应用效果。结果：研究组不适反应率10%、满意度92%，与对照组22%、80%相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者无痛内镜检查过程中血压、心律、血氧饱和度相比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：笑气与咪达唑仑复合哌替啶麻醉效果更佳，值得在无痛内镜检查工作中推广使用。

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the application effect of nitrous oxide and midazolam combined meperidine anesthesia in painless endoscopy.Methods:100 cases of painless endoscopy with gastrointestinal disease from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research object,after all the patients informed consent,the cases were randomly divided into control group(midazolam combined meperidine anesthesia) and study group (nitrous oxide and midazolam combined meperidine anesthesia),50 cases in each group,compared two groups of patients with the clinical effect.Results:The discomfort reaction rate of the study group was 10%, satisfaction rate was 92%, and the difference was statistically significant compared with the control group(22% and 80%)(P<0.05).Compared two groups of patients in painless endoscopy in the process of blood pressure,heart rate,oxygen saturation,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nitrous oxide and midazolam combined meperidine anesthesia effect is better,is worthy to be popularized in painless endoscopy work.
