Objective To observe the curative effect of Dan Hong injection in the treatment of senile acute cerebral infarction and on blood lipid, blood rheology and high sensitive C-reactive protein (hs-CRP). Methods 116 cases of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction were random divided into the observation group and control group, each 58 cases, the control group was treated with antiplatelet, neuroprotective and other conventional treatment, the observation group was treated with Dan Hong Injection on the basis of the control group, the clinical efficacy of the two groups and neurological function defect score, score ability of daily life, and before and after treatment of blood lipid, blood rheology and hs-CRP level of change were observed. Results the total effective rate was 91.37%, significantly better than control group 75.86% (P<0.05), the NIHSS score of two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group (P< 0.05), the ADL score was significantly higher than that in control group (P< 0.05), and the serum lipid, blood rheology and hs-CRP level were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05), and the level of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection can improve neurological function defect, improve the daily living ability, improve the curative effect of elderly patients with acute cerebral infarction,improve prognosis, the mechanism may be related to reduce the body's blood lipids, blood rheology and hs-CRP level.
