Objective To explore prenatal prothrombin time (PT), and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), thrombin time (TT), fibrin original (FBG) and antithrombin (at), D-Dimer (D-D) to detect the clinical significance of. Methods 180 cases of pregnant women who received prenatal examination in our hospital from October to August 2014 in were selected as the observation objects, and 180 cases of non pregnant women were selected as control group. Observed the two groups of PT, aPTT, TT, Fbg levels and AT, D-D levels of differences. Analysis of PT, aPTT, TT, Fbg levels and AT, D-D levels of correlation. Results In the observation group of pregnant women, Pt, APTT, TT levels were 10.02 + 1.03s, 26.12 + 3.68s, 10.13 + 2.36s, was significantly lower than that of the control group; and FBG level was 4.89 + 0.35g/L, was significantly higher than that of the control group, difference has statistical significance (P < 0.001). Observation group of pregnant women at the level of investment 6.468 + 9.35%, significantly lower than the control group (t=20.832, P < 0.001), and D-dimer level for 759.56 + 26.82ng/ml, was significantly higher than that of the control group, difference has statistical significance (t=-23.286, P < 0.001). AT was positively correlated with PT, aPTT and TT, and negatively correlated with the level of D-D, Fbg levels were negatively correlated with PT, aPTT and TT, and positively correlated with Fbg level, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The levels of PT, aPTT, TT and AT in prenatal pregnant women are low, and the level of Fbg and D-D is high, which can be used as an important index for clinical monitoring. |
