高同型半胱氨酸对高血压患者心脏重构的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨高同型半胱氨酸血症对高血压患者心脏重构的影响。方法:选取2016年9月-2017年3月我院就诊高血压患者104例,其中正常同型半胱氨酸组52例、高同型半胱氨酸组52例,记录两组心脏彩超结果,比较两组左心房内径(LA)、左心室舒张末期内径(LVED)、室间隔厚度(IVS)、左心室后壁厚度(LVPW)、左心室质量(LVM)、左室心肌质量指数(LVMI)、右心房内径(RA)值。结果:正常同型半胱氨酸组与高同型半胱氨酸组比较,LA (3.81±0.45 vs 3.57±0.38)、LVED (4.84±0.27 vs 4.68±0.27)、IVS (0.88±0.1 vs 0.82±0.09)、LVPW (0.85±0.09 vs 0.8±0.07)、LVW (163.77±36.88 vs 143.58±32.56)、LVWI (95.54±25.3 vs 83.51±19.64)、RV (2.03±0.2 vs 1.94±0.11),差异均有统计学意义。结论:高同型半胱氨酸血症与高血压患者心脏重构相关。

Objective: To explore the effect of hyperhomocysteine on cadiac remodling in patients with hypertensive. Methods: A total of 104 hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from 2016-09 to 2017-03 were enrolled and divided into 2 groups:normal-Hcy group and high-Hcy group. LAD, LVDD, IVS, LVPW, RA of patients were measured using echocardiography, then LVM and LVMI was evaluated. Results: Compared to the normal-Hcy group, the high-Hcy group had higher level of LA(3.81±0.45 vs 3.57±0.38), LVED(4.84±0.27 vs 4.68±0.27), IVS (0.88±0.1 vs 0.82±0.09), LVPW(0.85±0.09 vs 0.8±0.07), LVW(163.77±36.88 vs 143.58±32.56), LVWI(95.54±25.3 vs 83.51±19.64), RV(2.03±0.2 vs 1.94±0.11).Conclusion: Blood level of homocysteine was positively related to cardiac remodeling in patients with hypertension.
