Bcl-2家族蛋白对心肌细胞凋亡作用的研究进展

近年来,越来越多研究表明在许多心血管疾病中,心肌的损伤是通过心肌细胞的凋亡产生的。而在介导心肌细胞凋亡的过程中,线粒体发挥了重要作用,其中位于线粒体内的凋亡相关分子的释放是该过程中关键分子事件。Bcl-2家族蛋白则是细胞凋亡的关键调节分子,其中Bcl-2/Bax在心肌细胞凋亡的防治中可产生积极调控作用,因此彻底的了解心肌细胞凋亡过程将有助于我们在最合适的时机进行干预,缓解心力衰竭的发展及其功能障碍,这将为我们提供新的治疗策略。本文旨在对近年来关于Bcl-2家族蛋白以及与心肌细胞凋亡的关系相关研究进展做一综述。

In recent years, more and more studies have shown that myocardial injury is caused by myocardial cell apoptosis in many cardiovascular diseases. However, mitochondria plays an important role in mediating cardiomyocyte apoptosis. In particular, the release of apoptosis-related molecules in mitochondria is a critical event for this process. Bcl-2 family protein is a key regulator of apoptosis, Bcl-2/Bax in the prevention and treatment of myocardial cell apoptosis has a positive regulatory role. Therefore, a thorough understanding of myocardial cell apoptosis will help us in the most appropriate time to intervene and ease the development of heart failure and dysfunction, which will alos provide us with a new treatment strategy. This review was to review the current development of Bcl-2 family proteins and the relationship between Bcl-2 family protein and cardiomyocyte apoptosis.
