社区封闭式团体训练对首发精神分裂症患者家庭关系与负面情绪的影响研究

摘要：

目的：探讨社区封闭式团体训练对首发精神分裂症患者家庭关系与负面情绪的影响。方法：2014年1月～2015年1月期间经攀枝花市第三人民医院精神科病房治疗后病情稳定的186例精神分裂症患者，依据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，两组患者都接受开放性护理干预，其中观察组在此基础上进行社区封闭式团体训练，比较两组患者家庭关系和负面情绪变化。结果：两组患者干预后家庭关怀度指数量表评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分明显改善（P<0.05），但观察组改善程度更为明显（P<0.05）；两组患者社会功能评定量表评分、阳性和阴性症状量表评分显著下降（P<0.05），生活技能评价表评分、生活质量综合评定问卷评分明显升高（P<0.05），但观察组变化幅度更为显著（P<0.05）。结论：社区封闭式团体训练能够有效改善首发精神分裂症患者社会功能，有助于改善患者家庭关系和负面情绪，促进患者康复。

Objective: To explore the effects of community closed group training on family relationships and negative emotions in first-episode schizophrenic patients. Methods: 186 patients with schizophrenia received from 2014.01 to 2015.01 in psychiatric ward of Third People's Hospital in Panzhihua City were randomly divided into observation group and control group, both two groups were treated with open nursing intervention, and observation group treated with community closed group training on the basis, compare the changes of family relationships and negative emotions. Results: The APGAR score and HAMD score in two groups were improved significantly (P<0.05),but the improvement of the observation group was more significant (P<0.05). The SSPI score and PANSS score intwo groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05). SST score, GQOLI-74 questionnaire score were significantly increased(P<0.05), but the changes in observation groups was more significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Closed community training can effectively improve the social function of patients with schizophrenia, help them to improve family relationships and negative emotions, and promote the rehabilitation of patients.
