495例不同类型双胎妊娠结局临床分析

摘要：

目的：探讨单绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎与双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎妊娠结局。方法：收集185例单绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎，310例双绒毛膜双羊膜囊双胎孕产妇资料，分别比较单绒毛膜性组和双绒毛膜性组的孕产妇和围产儿临床妊娠结局。结果：单绒毛膜性组早产、低出生体重儿、入NICU发生率高于双绒毛膜性组（P<0.05）；双绒毛膜性组发生妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症、新生儿出生体重明显高于单绒毛膜性组新生儿（P<0.05）。结论：单绒毛膜性组早产和围生儿不良预后高于双绒毛膜性组，加强对单绒毛膜性双胎妊娠的管理，改善围生儿预后。

Objective: To discuss the maternal and perinatal outcome of monochorionic and dichorionic twin pregnancy. Methods: of Clinical data of 185 of monochorionic and 310 of dichorionic of maternity were retrospectively analyzed, and perinatal outcomes between monochorionic and dichorionic twin pregnancy were comparedrespectively. Results: In monochorionic twins, the incidence of the preterm labor, low birth weight infants, NICU admission was significantly higher than that in dichorionic ones(P<0.05).The incidence of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancies, birth weight in dichorionic group was significantly higher than that in monochorionic twins(P<0.05). Conclusions: The rate of preterm delivery is higher and there is worse perinatal outcome in monochorionic twins than in dichorionic one.We should strengthen the pregnancy and perinatal management of monochorionic twins to improve the perinatal prognosis.
