Msi2在上皮细胞肿瘤中的作用及临床价值

Musashi家族是一类RRM RNA结合蛋白,包括Msi1和Msi2两个亚型,其中Msi2是Musashi家族的重要成员。Msi2比Msi1表达更为广泛是胚胎干细胞进行自我更新以及多功能性所必需的基因。Msi2在慢性和急性髓系白血病、神经胶质瘤、胃癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌、乳腺癌等疾病中的高水平或异常表达,使其有望成为某些癌症特异性标志物,临床预后标记基因及潜在的治疗靶点。本文主要针对Msi2基因对几种上皮细胞肿瘤中的作用及临床意义的研究进展进行综述。

The Musashi family is a class of RRM RNA binding proteins, including Msi1 and Msi2 two subtypes, of which Msi2 is an important member of the Musashi family. The expression of Msi2 is more widely, and it is essential for embryonic stem cell self-renewal and multifunction. Msi2 is highly expressed in chronic and acute myeloid leukemia, glioma, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatic cancer, breast cancer and other diseases, which is expected to be cancer specific biomarkers, prognosis marker and potential therapeutic target. This paper reviews the research progress of the role and clinical significance of Msi2 gene in several epithelial tumor.
