Objective: To explore the value of three-dimensional fast spin echo cube(3D-FSE-CUBE) sequence in the diagnosis of meniscus injury of knee joint. Methods: A total of 56 patients with clinically suspected meniscus injury were enrolled in this study. 3D-FSE-CUBE and conventional two-dimensional(2D) sequences were performed using 3.0 T magnetic resonance. The image quality was evaluated respectively, and the results were statistically analyzed. Taking arthroscopy as the "gold standard", the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two sequences in evaluating meniscus and the degree of consistency with the arthroscopy were calculated respectively. Results: The image quality score of 3D-FSE-CUBE sequence was lower than that of conventional 2D sequence with statistically significant difference(P<0.05), but the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of the two sequences in the evaluation of meniscus injury were similar. Conclusion: Compared with conventional 2D sequence, 3D-FSE-CUBE sequence can diagnose meniscus injury of knee joint better and relatively shorten the scanning time, which has an extensive application value. |
