双源CT双能量心肌灌注评价心肌活性的初步研究

摘要:

目的:探讨双源CT双能量心肌灌注评价心肌活性的可行性。方法:选取符合纳入标准的20例患者,采用双源CT双能量心肌灌注扫描模式,按照冠状动脉的狭窄程度进行分组,将心肌灌注数据导入双能量软件,得到心肌碘图,分析冠状动脉狭窄程度与心肌活性的相关性。结果:轻度狭窄6例,中度狭窄7例,重度狭窄5例,完全闭塞2例。冠状动脉狭窄轻、中度组心肌灌注均正常;重度狭窄组4例异常,1例正常;完全闭塞组1例异常,1例正常。结论:双源CT双能量心肌灌注可直观判断冠状动脉狭窄程度与心肌活性的相关性,进一步明确“犯罪血管”,为目前无创性心血管检查最具有潜力和价值的检查方法之一。

Objective:To explore the feasibility of myocardial viability by dual-energy CT myocardial perfusion. Method:A total of 20 cases were selected according to the inclusion criteria, using dual-energy CT myocardial perfusion scan mode. All patients were grouped according to the severity of coronary artery stenosis.Cardiac iodine map was developed for each patient through data analysis by dual-energy software. There was a correlation between the severity of coronary artery stenosis and myocardial viability. Results:6 cases were of mild stenosis, 7 moderate stenosis, 5 severe stenosis and 2 cases were of complete occlusion. Conclusions:Dual-source dual-energy CT myocardial perfusion imaging can be used directly to determine the correlation between the degree of coronary artery stenosis and myocardial viability in order to clarify the "criminal vessel". Currently, It is one of the most potential and valuable methods of noninvasive cardiovascular imaging.
