凋亡蛋白Bcl-2、Bax表达检测在口腔扁平苔藓诊治中的临床意义

摘要：

目的：探讨凋亡蛋白Bcl-2、Bax表达检测对口腔扁平苔藓诊治的临床意义。方法：选择我院2015年8月至2017年8月期间收治的口腔扁平苔藓患者40例作为观察组，并同期选择40例健康志愿者作为对照组，运用免疫组织化学法对两组人员的口腔黏膜组织中的Bcl-2、Bax表达情况进行检测，同时运用TUNEL法对上皮细胞的凋亡情况进行检测，进而比较分析凋亡蛋白Bcl-2、Bax表达在口腔扁平苔藓诊治中的意义。结果：与对照组相比，观察组患者的Bcl-2、Bax在口腔扁平苔藓上皮层呈过度表达，且阳性率显著高于对照组（P < 0.05），观察组病变组织上皮细胞凋亡指数及凋亡率显著高于对照组（P < 0.05）。结论：凋亡蛋白Bcl-2、Bax在口腔扁平苔藓病损中均呈高表达状态，该类指标的表达增多有可能与口腔扁平苔藓发生发展有关，故检测凋亡蛋白Bcl-2、Bax表达对口腔扁平苔藓的诊治具有重要意义。

Objective: To study the clinical treatment of apoptotic protein bcl-2 and Bax in the diagnosis and treatment of oral lichen planus. Methods: During the period of August 2015 to August 2017,40 patients with oral cavity compressed moss were chosen observation group, choose 40 cases of healthy volunteers in the same period as control group and the same period, using the immune histochemical method to detect Bcl-2, Bax expressions in the two groups of oral cavity mucous membrane tissue, and using TUNEL method to test epithelial cell apoptosis. Results: Compared with the control group, the observation group of patients with oral lichen planus had excessive expression of Bcl-2 and Bax, and the positive rate was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), the observation group of lesiona tissue epithelial cell apoptosis index and apoptosis rate were significantly higher in lesion tissue of the observation groupthan control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Bcl-2 and Bax apoptosis protein were highly expressed in patients with oral lichen planus which are more likely to be involved in oral lichen planus, so the detection of apoptosis protein the Bcl-2 and Bax expression is of great significance for the diagnosis and treatment of oral lichen planus.
