目的：评价内镜下经椎板间隙与经椎间孔治疗腰椎间盘突出症的差异。方法：纳入10篇随机对照试验，提取文献的研究特征、手术病人基本特征、围术期特征及预后特征，根据异质性检验结果合并效应量以评价二者的差异。结果：两种路径对腰痛的缓解差异无统计学意义，在下肢痛的缓解方面，经椎板间隙入路明显优于经椎间孔入路。结论：经椎板间隙入路可以作为腰椎间盘突出症微创治疗的常规入路，缩短手术时间，降低透视次数，并且不影响疗效与功能恢复。
