目的：探讨PDCA模式在感染性休克患者1 h内抗生素使用合格率中的应用效果，以期形成针对感染性休克患者高效的抗生素治疗流程，改善患者预后。方法：选取2016年1月至4月、7月至10月，重症监护室收治的140例患者为研究对象，应用PDCA的模式管理感染性休克患者1 h内抗生素治疗，对实施前后抗生素1 h使用合格率进行比较。结果：实施PDCA模式前，有50%的感染性休克患者1 h内使用抗生素；运用PDCA模式后，合格率升至75%。结论：运用PDCA模式优化临床路径能提高感染性休克患者1 h内抗生素使用合格率。
