ASAH1表达与luminal A型乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系及其临床意义

摘要：

目的：探讨酸性神经酰胺酶（ASAH1）表达与luminal A型乳腺癌淋巴结转移的关系及其与临床病理指标和预后的关系。方法：应用实时定量PCR检测112例luminal A型乳腺癌组织中ASAH1 mRNA表达，并分析ASAH1表达与淋巴结转移等临床病理指标及预后的关系。结果：淋巴结转移的乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中ASAH1表达显著高于没有淋巴结转移的患者，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。ASAH1表达与淋巴结转移等临床病理指标的相关性分析结果显示肿瘤大小、微淋巴管密度和淋巴结转移与ASAH1表达显著相关（P<0.05）。ASAH1高表达的患者无进展生存率显著低于ASAH1低表达的患者（HR=0.367，95% CI 0.133~1.007，P=0.040）。结论：ASAH1表达与luminal A型乳腺癌淋巴结转移密切相关，检测肿瘤组织中ASAH1表达对判断luminal A乳腺癌淋巴结转移和预后具有重要意义。

Objective:To explore the relationship between the expression of acid ceramidase (ASAH1) expression with luminal A breast cancer lymph node metastasis and its relationship with clinicopathological indicators and prognosis. Methods:A real-time quantitative PCR was used to detect the expression of ASAH1 mRNA in 112 cases of luminal A breast carcinoma, and the relationship between ASAH1 expression and lymph node metastasis and other clinical pathological indicators and prognosis was analyzed. Results:The expression of ASAH1 in tumor tissues of patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The correlation analysis between ASAH1 expression and lymph node metastasis and other clinical pathological indicators showed that tumor size, lymphatic microvessel density and lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated with ASAH1 expression (P<0.05).The progression free survival rate inthe patients withhigh expression of ASAH1 was significantly lower than those in the patients with low expression of ASAH1 (HR=0.367,95%CI 0.133-1.007,P=0.040). Conclusion:ASAH1 expression is closely related to the lymph node metastasis of luminal A breast cancer, and the expression of ASAH1 in tumor tissues is of great significance in determining the lymph node metastasis and prognosis of luminal A breast cancer.
