丹酚酸A治疗缺血性脑卒中的研究进展

摘要:

丹酚酸A(salvianolic acid A,Sal A)是一种从丹参根部提取出来的水溶性酚酸,由一分子丹参素与两分子咖啡酸缩合而成,是丹酚酸(salvianolic acids,SA)的主要活性成分。由于Sal A有显著保护缺血心肌、抗肝纤维化、抗氧化、抗血栓、神经保护等药理活性,多年以来一直是科研工作者研究的热点。在脑缺血再灌注(ischemia reperfusion,I/R)损伤中,Sal A可通过抗炎、抗细胞凋亡、抗氧化应激、保护血脑屏障等多方面机制促进神经功能恢复,发挥有效的脑保护作用。现对Sal A在缺血性卒中脑保护作用机制的最新研究进展加以综述,为其进一步研究开发提供参考。
