心肌分层应变的临床应用进展

摘要:

心肌分层应变是在二维斑点追踪显像(two dimensional speckle tracking imaging,2D-STI)基础上发展起来的新技术,通过对左室3层心肌分析,评估心室整体或局部功能,从而了解健康人群与患病人群的左室心功能变化,为临床心血管疾病的诊治提供依据。作者就心肌分层应变最新的临床应用情况作一综述。
