目的：探讨乳腺癌组织中驱动蛋白成员15（KIF15）的表达及其与临床病理参数及乳腺癌预后的关系。方法：利用免疫组织化学法检测140例乳腺癌组织和对应癌旁组织中KIF15的表达。KIF15在乳腺癌组织与癌旁组织中表达的差异采用Pearson卡方检验，KIF15表达与患者临床病理参数之间的关系采用Pearson卡方检验和Fisher精确检验，采用Kaplan-Meier法分析KIF15阴性和阳性患者之间总体生存率和无复发生存率，比较采用Log-Rank检验。结果：KIF15阳性率乳腺癌组织为64.3%，癌旁组织为17.9%，两者差异有统计学意义（χ²=62.345，P<0.001）。乳腺癌组织中KIF15表达与肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、TNM分期、Ki-67和Bcl-2相关。生存分析显示，乳腺癌的总体生存率和无复发生存率KIF15阳性患者显著低于KIF15阴性患者。结论：KIF15在乳腺癌组织中高表达，其高表达可能与肿瘤增殖、转移及预后有关。
