Objective: To compare and analyze the diagnostic value of digital X-ray radiography (DR),X-ray digital tomosynthesis (DTS) and multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) three-dimensional reconstruction for rib fractures in order to provide reference for the choice of clinical rib fracture examination methods. Methods:53 cases of rib fractures were selected by using two of the above three methods.The diagnostic rates of the two methods were compared and and the diagnostic rates of each method were compared.Results: The diagnostic rates of DR,DTS,MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction for rib fractures were 85.50%,97.03%,and 100%,respectively.There was statistically significant difference between DR with DTS and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between DTS and MSCT three-dimensional reconstruction (P>0.05).Conclusion: Missed diagnosis rate of DR is high,but its price and radiation dose are low.It can be used for initial screening.DTS has a low rate of missed diagnosis,low price and radiation dose,wide range of applications,and can be widely used.MSCT three-dimensionalreconstruction has the highest diagnostic rate,but it has the disadvantage of higher price and radiation doses that should be used when special needs. |
