随着全球超重及肥胖趋势的上升，孕前体重及孕期体重增长超标的孕妇也在日益增多。孕妇孕前体质指数及孕期体重增长是妊娠结局的重要影响因素，也密切关系着母婴预后，如新生儿出生体重、新生儿远期预后及一些妊娠期并发症的发生等。2009年美国国家医学研究所制定的根据不同孕前体质指数所对应的适当的孕期体重增长范围，已经成为我国孕期体重管理的指南针。目前许多国家也在致力建立适合各自人群的管理标准，旨在获取最佳的妊娠结局。作者拟对孕前体质指数及孕期体重增长与妊娠结局研究进展进行综述。
