Objective:To analyze the effect of urinary tract infection after bladder cancer surgery on the signal pathway of TGF-β1/Smads. Methods:82 patients with urinary tract infection after bladder cancer surgery were selected asstudy subjects, and 82 patients without urinary tract infection after cyst cancer surgery during the same period were selected ascontrol group. TNF-a, il-1 and PGE2 levels were detected by immunochemiluminescence assay. According to the degree of infection, the research group was divided into mild infection, moderate infection and severe infection. Results:Serum levels of TNF-a, il-1 and PGE2 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Compared with the control group, TGF-β1 and Smad7 protein expression levels in the study group were higher(P<0.05), while Smad4 protein expression levels were lower(P<0.05). In terms of the expression of TG TGF-β1 and Smad7 protein, group A had the highest expression, followed by group B and group C, while the expression level of Smad4 protein was the opposite in each group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). TGF-β1 and Smad7 protein expression levels and serum TNF-a, IL-1 beta and PGE2 levels were positively correlated(r=0.256, 0.113, 0.256, 0.689, 0.124, 0.162, P<0.01) and Smad4 protein expression levels and negatively correlated with the above index(r=0.135, 0.282, 0.156, P<0.01). Conclusion:Urinary tract infection after bladder cancer surgery may result in abnormal changes in the TGF-iso1/Smads signaling pathway, which may be related to elevated serum inflammatory mediators in patients, and may have adverse effects on the prognosis of patients. |
