应用两个局部皮瓣修复耳廓上部皮肤缺损的临床体会

摘要：

目的：探讨应用两个局部皮瓣修复耳廓上部小面积皮肤缺损的方法和临床体会。方法：于缺损创面上、下方各设计一舌形皮瓣或改良菱形皮瓣，修复耳廓上部小面积缺损。结果：本组9例患者局部皮瓣全部成活，伤口一期愈合。术后随访3个月至1年，所有患者耳廓外形满意，瘢痕不明显，耳廓部位病变无复发。结论：两个局部皮瓣联合应用修复耳廓上部小面积皮肤缺损效果好，值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the method and clinical experience of applying two local skin flaps to repair the small-sized skin defects in the upper part of the ear. Methods:A tongue shaped flap or an improved rhomboid flap was designed to repair the defect in the upper part of the ear.Results:In 9 patients, all the flaps survived and the wounds healed at the first intention. All patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year. All the patients had satisfactory appearances of the auricles and no obvious scars. Conclusion:The combination of two local skin flaps is effective in the repairingsmall-sized skin defects of the anterior auricular region, and which is worthy of clinical use.
