Objective:To explore the imaging features of renal cell carcinoma with dual-source computer tomography(DSCT) and the value of differential diagnosis of common pathological types of renal cell carcinoma. Methods:A retrospective and comparative analysis of DSCT scan signs from 60 patients with different types of renal cell carcinoma from January 2016 to December 2017 was performed. Results:In the comparison of the type of renal cell carcinoma, there was no significant difference in the degree of DSCT plain scan and enhanced scan(P>0.05). In the comparison of the arrangement of renal cancer cells, there was no statistically significant difference in the degree of DSCT plain scan(P>0.05), which was statistically significant compared with the degree of enhancement scan(P<0.05). The DSCT values of renal clear cell carcinoma at the corticomedullary junction and parenchymal phase was significantly higher than those of other subtypes of renal cell carcinoma(P<0.05). The homogeneous enhancement pattern of renal clear cell carcinoma accounted for 32.43%, the homogeneous enhancement pattern of papillary renal cell carcinoma accounted for 66.67%, the homogeneous enhancement pattern of chromophobe cell carcinoma accounted for 66.67%, and the homogeneous enhancement pattern of other types of renal cell carcinoma accounted for 100%. Among them, the proportion of uniform enhancement of renal clear cell carcinoma was significantly lower than that of other renal cell carcinoma subtypes (P<0.05). Conclusion:Dual-source CT multi-phase enhanced scan can directly reflect the characteristics of the different pathological subtypes of renal cell carcinoma. Dual-source CT has important clinical value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma. |
