Objective:To investigate the effect of health education of KTH integrated model on rehabilitation of patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods:A total of 98 cases of total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected. According to the age, sex, marital status, educational level, occupational status and economic income, the patients were divided into study group and control group by random stratified sampling with 49 patients in each group. The control group adopted traditional health education mode, while the research group adopted KTH integrated health education mode. Harris hip score and ADL were compared between the two groups one month after operation. Nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups at discharge. Results:Harris hip score showed that the joint function, joint mobility and pain score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). And the total score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The daily life ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:KTH integrated health education can effectively improve the joint function of patients after total hip arthroplasty, improve the ability of daily living of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and can be popularized and applied in nursing practice. |
