KTH整合式健康教育对全髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响

摘要:

目的:探讨KTH整合式健康教育对全髋关节置换术患者康复效果的影响。方法:选取2016年7月至2018年7月在本院实行全髋关节置换术的患者98例。匹配患者年龄、性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业状态及经济收入等条件,采用随机分层抽样方式将患者分为研究组和对照组,各49例。对照组采取传统的健康教育方式,研究组采用KTH整合式健康教育模式。术后1个月比较两组患者Harris髋关节评分、日常生活能力,出院时比较两组护理满意度评分。结果:Harris髋关节评分显示,研究组患者关节功能、关节活动度、疼痛评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),总分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者日常生活能力评分高于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意度评分也高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:KTH整合式健康教育能够有效改善全髋关节置换术患者术后关节功能,提高患者日常生活能力,提高护理满意度,可在护理实践中推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of health education of KTH integrated model on rehabilitation of patients undergoing total hip replacement. Methods:A total of 98 cases of total hip arthroplasty in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were selected. According to the age, sex, marital status, educational level, occupational status and economic income, the patients were divided into study group and control group by random stratified sampling with 49 patients in each group. The control group adopted traditional health education mode, while the research group adopted KTH integrated health education mode. Harris hip score and ADL were compared between the two groups one month after operation. Nursing satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups at discharge. Results:Harris hip score showed that the joint function, joint mobility and pain score of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). And the total score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The daily life ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:KTH integrated health education can effectively improve the joint function of patients after total hip arthroplasty, improve the ability of daily living of patients, improve nursing satisfaction, and can be popularized and applied in nursing practice.
