男性精子DNA碎片研究的相关进展

摘要:

精子异常是男性不育的重要影响因素。精子密度、活力和形态异常都可能造成受孕失败。随着检验技术的发展,对男性精子DNA碎片的关注越来越高,但相关研究存在一定的争议,比如检验方法的重复性、不同阈值对于胚胎的影响以及对妊娠结局的预测价值等,不同研究呈现出不同的结论。本文作者就男性精子DNA碎片研究的相关进展进行综述。
