动脉粥样硬化中巨噬细胞极化及相关信号通路的研究进展

摘要:

动脉粥样硬化是一种复杂的慢性炎症性疾病。脂代谢异常和局部炎症是导致动脉粥样硬化的主要原因。在不同环境因子的刺激下,巨噬细胞能够极化形成不同的表型,即经典活化型M1、替代活化型M2以及其他巨噬细胞亚群。巨噬细胞参与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的整个过程。本文作者对动脉粥样硬化中巨噬细胞极化的诱导因素及相关信号通路的研究进展进行综述。
