无创脑氧饱和度监测技术的研究现状

摘要:

近红外光谱技术(NIRS)是目前唯一应用于临床的无创脑氧饱和度监测技术,在临床上应用广泛。本文叙述近年来脑氧饱和度在临床实践中的应用及进展。NIRS技术用于脑氧饱和度监测的基本原理,正常值,临床意义,临床应用,影响因素局限性以及临床应用前景等。
