Objective:To investigate the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection on lung function and serum inflammatory molecules in neonates with pneumonia.Methods:A total of 108 neonates with pneumonia who were admitted to the hospital from January, 2017 to December, 2017 were divided into control and observation groups. 54 cases of neonatal patients in the control group accepted routine treatment. 54 cases of neonatal patients in the observation group were treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection intravenous drip on the basis of basic routine treatment, and clinical efficacy, symptom improvement, hospitalization time, lung function and serum inflammatory molecular indicators between the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:For 7 days after treatment, the total efficiency rate of the observation group was 94.4%, which was significantly higher than that (83.3%) of the control group (P<0.05). The cough disappearance time, lung wet rales disappeared time, shortness of breath disappeared time, lip purpura disappeared time, body temperature recovery time, hospital stay of the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05). RR, PEF, PaCO2 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and VT, PaO2 were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). CRP, IL-6, IL-10 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and IL-2 were significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). No adverse reactions such as rash and allergies occurred during the treatment of the two groups. Conclusion:Ambroxol hydrochloride injection can improve clinical symptoms and lung function in neonates with pneumonia, improve clinical effect and lung function, reduce inflammatory response. It is safe and reliable, and worthy popularizing. |
