Objective: To investigate the value of dual-source CT measurement of left atrial function parameters in assessing coronary stenosis and left ventricular function. Methods: From January 2017 to April 2018, 182 patients with coronary artery stenosis confirmed by digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in our hospital were enrolled. According to the degree of arterial stenosis, the patients were divided into mild stenosis group (42 cases), moderate stenosis group (56 cases), severe stenosis group (48 cases), and the occlusion group (36 cases). The left atrial end-systolic volume (ESV), diastolic volume (EDV), ejection fraction (EF), stroke volume (SV) and myocardial mass (MM) were measured and compared in the four groups, and the relationship between coronary artery stenosis and left atrial function was evaluated. Results: There was no significant difference in EF and ESV between the mild stenosis group and the moderate stenosis group (P>0.05). The difference of EDV, SV and MM in the four groups was statistically significant. With the severity of coronary artery stenosis, the EDV and MM were significantly increased, positively correlated (r=0.40, 0.46, P<0.05), and SV was significantly decreased, negatively correlated (r=-0.42, P<0.05); The dual-source CT measurement and DSA examination in the diagnosis of coronary artery arterial stenosis had a good consistency. The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy of dual-source CT measurements were 96.1%, 90.6% and 97.0%, respectively. Conclusion: Coronary artery stenosis has a good correlation with left ventricular function. Dual-source CT measurement of left atrial function parameters for coronary artery stenosis and left ventricular function is accurate and reliable, which is worthy of further clinical application. |
