骨肉瘤中细胞自噬与脂质代谢的研究进展

摘要:

骨肉瘤是最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,具有高度侵袭性,主要发生于儿童和青少年的长骨干骺端,是青少年癌症主要死因。在骨肉瘤细胞中自噬发挥双重作用,自噬可通过增加或降低肿瘤对化学疗法的敏感性而促成细胞存活或死亡。在肿瘤的发生、发展中,脂肪酸合成和贮存具有维持细胞内质网稳态和保持自噬流程完整进行的关键功能,而脂肪酸代谢机制在细胞应激抵抗及存活中亦发挥重要作用。骨肉瘤细胞处于应激状态时,可通过多种细胞信号通路被调控从而发生细胞自噬。本文作者将在脂质代谢层面对骨肉瘤与细胞自噬的关系及研究进展作一综述。
