Objective: To investigate the medication compliance and related factors of patients with unstable angina pectoris in our hospital, so as to provide a basis for effective treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods: 165 patients with unstable angina pectoris who were re-admitted from January 2019 to June 2019 in our hospital were selected as the survey subjects, and their medication compliance was investigated and analyzed by questionnaire survey. Results: According to the survey results, the age group 44-59 years old had the highest compliance, accounting for 46.67%; for different occupations, retired personnel and civil servants had the highest compliance, accounting for 47.06%; while those with fewer number of combined diseases and those undergoing surgery had higher compliance, accounting for 45.45% and 39.13% respectively. The factors related to drug compliance included age, occupation, number of diseases and whether to undergo surgery.Conclusion: The medication compliance among 165 patients with unstable angina pectoris is not high, but it is high in the younger age group, retired and civil servants, and those with less complicated diseases and undergoing surgery. |
