尿毒症毒素硫酸吲哚酚对骨骼系统影响的研究进展

摘要:

硫酸吲哚酚(IS)是一种肠源性尿毒症毒素,其分子量为251.3 KDa,由肠道中的微生物分解色氨酸产生,主要经肾脏排泄。正常人群中,血清中IS浓度几乎为零,而慢性肾脏病患者,肾脏排泄能力下降,导致IS堆积,蓄积的IS随血液循环进入机体各个组织器官,从而引起肾脏及肾脏以外组织器官的损害。研究表明IS可以导致肾间质纤维化和肾小球硬化,加速肾衰竭的进展;引起心血管事件,如左心室功能减低、心衰、心源性猝死等;导致中枢神经系统损伤,如认知功能障碍;减少肾脏促红细胞生成素(EPO)生成,导致血液系统损害;引起尿毒症症状,抑制成骨细胞分化,诱导成骨细胞的凋亡。本文作者针对IS对于骨骼系统影响的研究进展进行总结。
