头颈鳞状细胞癌代谢重编程的研究进展

摘要:

头颈鳞状细胞癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。尽管头颈鳞状细胞癌在基因表型及诊治等方面的研究取得了极大的进步,但其全球新发病率及死亡率居高不下的趋势仍未扭转。代谢重编程是肿瘤微环境最主要的特征之一,近年来研究发现这一特征可以为研究头颈鳞状细胞癌的发生发展和抗肿瘤治疗提供新的突破点,为研究头颈鳞状细胞癌患者的个体化治疗及预后的判断提供重要的切入点。作者就头颈鳞状细胞癌发生发展的代谢重编程研究进展作简要综述。
